Selected image files
Filecozy processes selected images inside your browser. It does not upload those files or their embedded metadata to our server. Optimized processing may download encoder code from our site; this request does not contain your image.
Browser preferences and local memory
No account is required. We save your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s localStorage. The current site does not use advertising trackers or external analytics scripts. Temporary previews and results are held locally for the workspace; closing the tab ends that workspace. Original files and anything you download remain on your device.
Hosting and connection data
Your browser requests pages, styles, scripts, and other site assets from our hosting infrastructure. Server logs may record connection data such as an IP address, requested URL, or browser user agent for security and operation. These requests do not upload the image files you select.
Email correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message and use them to respond to your inquiry. Messages are delivered to the team’s Gmail inbox.
